The breakfast was tasty, views were absolutely breathtaking, perfect location close to everything. I loved a nice decor and contemporary furniture. Dynamic staff were happy to help with my requests. The pool of the hotel was excellent.

I enjoyed all the hotel offered: cozy beds and very excellent staff. Easy location, an easy walk to an Oak street. The view from my deluxe king room was excellent. The breakfast was really tasty - plenty of food, including bacon and eggs. Functional venue, had a really brilliant service.

Overall I had an enjoyable stay and would come here again. Early check in and in general marvellous service. Magnificent Mile district was worth staying in. And very close to the elevators on the 14th floor and the lobby too🙂

Gorgeous hotel in a GREAT location. Here we could visit shedd aquarium that was not far from the venue.
